Parkinson's disease exercise program

Designed to slow down symptom progression in a fun and supportive environment

Most appropriate for the early stages of Idiopathic Parkinson's however later stages will also benefit.

Based on the principals of neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to form and reorganise synaptic connections in response to learning or experience. Our Parkinson's disease exercise program uses a unique combination of physical and cognitive activities to drive your brain's natural ability to re-wire itself.

What's in store?

Run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with additional training in Parkinson's disease rehabilitation our 45 minute small group class will design individualised in-house and home based programs & assessments to track symptoms.

The program is designed to help people live with Parkinson's by improving the way they move by increasing their effort, amplitude, dual tasking or a combination of all three.
