Our physiotherapists are trained in the diagnosis, assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and ailments, as well as developmental and neurological conditions.













We focus on a holistic approach to physiotherapy  - using a variety of techniques, education, and exercise prescription to achieve optimal results. Some of the techniques we use are:

  • Joint mobilisation and manipulation,

  • Acupuncture,

  • Muscle re-training,

  • Specific exercise programs, 

  • Gait assessment and re-training.

Our Pelvic Health Physiotherapist is skilled in the management of a vast range of pelvic floor conditions for both women and men from post partum pain, incontinence and pubic symphysis pain.

We also have a physiotherapist with special interest in Neurological conditions such as stroke rehabilitation, vertigo and progressive neurological conditions.
