Jo has been working in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years.
She graduated from Griffith University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and a Master of Physiotherapy degree.
She has worked in a wide range of settings from Elite Sports, private practice and Acute Hospitals in Australia and England, and spent 10 years working with the Ministry of Defence at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) as well as other Barracks in England and Germany.
She is passionate about building a holistic team approach to health, where everyone is colocated, and committed to delivering the highest level of care. Jo has completed further training in Acupuncture and Pilates, and is passionate about correcting movement patterns and motor control issues for athletes and general rehabilitation.
She later became interested in more complex conditions such as chronic pain and hypermobility syndrome. Jo works closely with other members of her healthcare team to manage these conditions and provide clients with better management strategies.
Jo lives in Manly with her family and growing menagerie, and can often be spotted walking the dogs on the esplanade. She has competed at a high level in athletics, touch football, netball, basketball and martial arts in her time, but now prefers pilates and yoga.

Natalie completed her Physiotherapy Bachelor's degree in 2010 at the University of Sydney and has been exploring the world through her occupation. She has worked with elite netballers and triathletes in Singapore, helped women with the aches and pains of pregnancy in New Zealand, and in 2018 has made Brisbane her home. This variety in her experience has fostered a passion for understanding her clients unique story to personalise their care. "Appreciating people's individuality shapes how I design my treatment”.
Natalie likes to treat the entire body but has particular interests in pelvic health, lower limb rehabilitation, headache and back pain. Natalie is your go- to girl for all things womens health from pre & post natal care and internal pelvic floor treatment.
In her free time Natalie likes to garden and explore the great outdoors. She is also an Ultimate Frisbee player and has competed around the world, most recently for the Masters Championships in Canada.

Emily's experience as a physiotherapist in both private practice and hospital settings provides her with a vast array of skills to provide her clients. Emily completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University and has worked both in Australia and the UK. With experience in indigenous health, paediatrics and general musculoskeletal injuries, Emily has a strong interest in client centred care and restoring function. Emily's education includes additional training in Paediatric Physiotherapy involving assessing and treating paediatric conditions.
Areas of clinical interest include; paediatrics (developmental and musculoskeletal) and sports injuries.
Emily has a keen interest in sport and plays AFL at Morningside Panthers.

Tom completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Queensland and is interested in a large variety of Physiotherapy areas, especially sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and helping clients reach their athletic goals.
Originally born in Melbourne, Tom moved up to Brisbane when he was young and has spent most of his childhood growing up here.
In his free time, Tom loves to bake and has a keen interest in all sports. Tom loves attending live sport, particularly cricket and the AFL team he supports, the Melbourne Demons.

Gretchen has over 25 years of experience in delivering quality physiotherapy care for adults and
children. She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1992 and has worked in various roles in hospitals and community care settings, public, not for profit and private in Australia and the UK. Her particular passions are neurology, disability, hydrotherapy, 24 hour postural care for complex disability and spinal health.
She has completed further training in hydrotherapy, respiratory treatment, complex postural care, seating and positioning, manual handling for carers and postural care in lying, sharing her knowledge with a wide variety of therapists and families through courses and presentations. She became a qualified yoga instructor in 2014, completing her 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Kate Pell and Dan Alder. She has been practising yoga since 1997, and finds it brings balance to a busy mind, strength and flexibility to the body. She has a strong focus on practising safely with optimal alignment, and believes that yoga has something to benefit everyone.
She lives in Wynnum with her family, and enjoys yoga, walking, cooking, running slowly, and spending time on the water.

Sun is a friendly and professional practitioner with over 30 years of experience in physiotherapy. Sun had his physiotherapy qualification in Hong Kong in 1986 and finished Master degree in Orthopaedic manipulative therapy in Sydney in 2000, and specialize in manual therapy. Sun has extensive experience working in private hospital, private practice, Community home care, Age care facility and NDIS. Sun worked in Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne before and recently relocated to Brisbane.
