With every day bringing us news of COVID-19, we thought we would reach out and let you know what measures we are taking here at BHN to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and wider community.
If you have been in contact with anyone that has been confirmed to have COVID-19 or you suspect have it, please call the clinic ahead of time to assess the safety of you attending. If you have flu-like symptoms or a fever, please do not attend the clinic. If you need to cancel as a result of this, we will waive your cancellation fee.
We have always been ahead of the game, and have been providing telehealth services ever since we opened our doors to members of our community that have been unable or unwilling to attend the clinic in person. This is something that we continue to offer. So if you would rather have your sessions remotely, please phone reception to enquire about this. Rest assured, that the level of service that you receive via telehealth is the same high standard you would get in the clinic.
This is available for Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology! If you do come to the clinic, please rest assured that our hygiene standards have always been high, however we have taken the extra precaution of removing fabric coverings from our treatment plinths to ensure that these surfaces can be cleaned fully, and we have hand sanitiser in every room and reception for your use.
