Hatha Yoga

Yoga is a relaxing form of exercise offering both physical and mental health benefits. Originating in India, Yoga involves assuming and holding postures, stretching limbs and muscles and in conjunction with breathing and meditation calms the mind, body & soul. 


Practiced on its own or in conjunction with other therapies, Yoga has a range of positive effects on the mind and body improving your strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga also relaxes you and manages stress helping you sleep better and improves your energy and overall mood.


Yoga as a discipline has many forms therefore suits a wide range of age, and fitness levels and can help you achieve and maintain person specific goals.


Our in-house instructor offers a 'Slow Flow' Yoga class. Slow Flow Yoga is a 60min class that invites students to further explore yoga as a practice for the body, mind, and spirit. It starts with a slow-paced warm-up, followed by breathwork and a gentle sequence of movements linked to each other, where the focus is to find alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. As an integration of the practice, the class will end with a decent period of time dedicated to relaxation. This class is intended for anyone, and no experience or level of flexibility is required.
