Yang-Yin Class


Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. The class begins with a dynamic sequence linking breath and movement in a vinyasa with focus on alignment, building strength, balance and increasing blood flow. The second half of the class will be more restorative, passively holding yoga poses (stretches), working on the connective tissue and joint mobility and flexibility.

These classes are scalable based upon the ability of participants so we can cater for first timers as well as the experienced practitioner.
